Federico García Lorca (1898-1936) is one of the most important Spanish poets and dramatists of the twentieth century. García Lorca was born June 5, 1898, in Fuente Vaqueros, Granada. He was one of the vertices of the surrealist triangle formed by him, Salvador Dalí and Luis Buñuel, drawn to the significance of the Surrealist manifesto. García Lorca achieved international recognition as an emblematic member of the Generation of '27. He was executed by Nationalist forces during the Spanish Civil War.

This is a piece with strong graphic lines reducing this sensorial aspect to its deepest intimacy, transporting us to the art of literature, as well as playing its real role of providing illumination and/or highlighting a specific element of a space. Its naturally rusty material, iron, and the placement in the space in a vertical line emphasizes the purity of its message.
